NEVADA POLICE COALITION OF POLICE
ORGANIZATIONS ACTIVE AND RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
The
Nevada Coalition of Police Organizations Active
and Retired Law Enforcement Officers has been established to share
information amongst the various organizations, collectively work
together on special projects and develop plans on annual events such
as holiday parties, group picnics, charity events and other
gatherings deemed appropriate.
The Coalition is comprised of the following clubs/organizations in

Establish an all-
“Volunteer Homeland Reserve Unit” (VHRU) to assist the Las
Vegas
Metropolitan Police Department, North Las Vegas Police, Boulder
City Police and Henderson Police Departments in a time of

Consider the
possibility of having the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles
issue a special state license plate (tag) honoring all retired
law enforcement officers living in Nevada.

Form a committee to
set up a Coalition picnic for all to participate.

Organize a PC
computer-training program for all members to attend.
|
 |
Attempt to reduce
the time of obtaining a Carry and Concealed Weapon permit (CCW)
working with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
